This case is just right. This case is just right for my Garmin nuvi 260w. I had purchased the larger hard case but did not like it.
It fits well and is very handy to use. A must have to protect the GPS unit.
Since my kids lost the case, I've bought the new one which is a little bit smaller, so it's not so easy to fit 660 in. Therefore, this cheap plastic couldn't protect my screen. Would by a hard case if I'd known there is one. As stated in the headline, this item is below Garmin quality. I've received one as part of the 660 bundle, and after using it for a couple of months, the screen cracked because of the not-so-strong pressure in my gloves compartment, even though the device was in the case.
It fits in my purse. I only wish the front pocket was a little more loose. I really like this case. You can even charge your GPS while it's in the case.
Worse though, the close fit on the sides "diddles" with the slide switch and may turn the unit on. Positive: It looks nice, feels nice, and protects the screen very well.Negative: Maybe this is just because it's new, but I find it hard to get the Garmin out.
